So easy to make that it doesn't even deserve its own post. But I'm doin it anyway. I've made these 3 times in the past week, using a new friend's recipe. You should too.
1. Heat oven to 225 and roll out some parchment paper on a baking sheet. 2. Slice up the apple or potato as thin as you can (if you still don't own a mandoline, like me). Spread it out in a single layer, and cover with whatever you want (salt and cinnamon). 3. Bake for 1.5 hours, flip, bake for 2 hour. 4. Try not to eat all at once.
